KOSOLA AND ASSOCIATES, INC. warrants to the purchaser of their product that this product is free of defects in workmanship and materials. Any defective unit will be exchanged, free of charge, if returned to the seller (retail or commercial) of this unit, who is authorized to perform this warranty, within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover, and KOSOLA AND ASSOCIATES, INC. will not pay for or provide, the labor or materials which may be necessary to remove a defective unit or install a replacement unit.
KOSOLA AND ASSOCIATES, INC. LIABILITY HEREUNDER DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR CHARGES OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. NO OTHER WARRANTY IS GIVEN HEREBY. OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS WARRANTY AND ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES PROVIDED UNDER STATE LAW, INCLUDING, BUT NOT NECESSARILY LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL EXPIRE NINETY (90) DAYS AFTER PURCHASE.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or the exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

KOSOLA AND ASSOCIATES, INC. garantiza al comprador que unidad esta libre de defectos de material y trabajo. Cualquier unidad que tenga defectos sera cambiada, gratuitamente, si se devuelve esta unidad al vendedor (comercial o al por-menor), el cual esta autorizado para hacer efectiva esta garantia, antes de los noventa (90) dias de la fecha de compra. Esta garantia no cubre, y KOSOLA AND ASSOCIATES, INC. no proveera o pagara por el trabajo o los materials necesarios para retirar una unidad defectuosa o para instalar una unidad de reemplazo.
